Grosser Mercedes-Benz 770 MOC 43677 Technic Designed By OleJka With 3548 Pieces
The Mercedes-Benz 770, also known as the Großer Mercedes (German for “Grand Mercedes”), was a large luxury car built by Mercedes-Benz from 1930 to 1943. It is probably best known from its use by high-ranking Reich officials before and during World War II, including Adolf Hitler, Hermann Göring, Heinrich Himmler and Reinhard Heydrich, as captured in archival footage.
Grosser Mercedes-Benz 770 is an innovative MOC set designed by OleJka. The set is powered by two XL motors, steering via M motor. The model MOC 43677 has front independent suspension (like the original car) with an anti-roll bar, the rear suspension was developing as De Dion one, but as a result, a got something 4 wishbones and 2 link suspension. Moreover, Grand Mercedes has working mechanical brakes on each wheel and working brake pedal, powered by M motor. (No pneumatics were used as in the original car). The set features also 4 front and two rear lights, openable bonnet and doors, etc.
